This is in reference to your inquiry regarding REACH - Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, & Restriction of Chemicals (Regulations no: 1907 / 2006 of the European Parliament & Council).

Bar Code Data support the fundamental principles and aims of REACH.

We will ensure the requirements of the legislation are met by ourselves and our key suppliers.

To this end we will closely with our upstream suppliers to identify and pre-registers any substance covered by REACH.

NOTE: The following applies to our self-adhesive laminates: polymers like plastics films as well as adhesives are exempted from registration with REACH. This statement will be amended as and when new information is available.
